How it all works
This is a 12 month programme.
  1. One benchmarking link is sent to all managers and employees by email 3 times a year.
  1. CEO/HRD spends an hour with me reviewing the results
  1. Training commences and is run over the 12 month period with multiple dates and times available for everyone to book onto the system. All sessions will be joined by other participants from other organisations ensuring cross fertilisation of ideas. We operate a self booking system
  1. Bespoke action plans are created based on the results of the benchmarking and delivered to managers via a link. They deliver action plans in the follow up meetings with their team , ensuring what has been learned in the training is implemented consistently across the organisation
  1. All managers will be invited to attend a briefing session about how best to manage the follow up meetings
  1. At the end of the 12 month period, we will re benchmark the teams again to ensure the needle has moved.
Total number of hours commitment for each month:
If employees do not have 1.5 hours out of 160 hours per month to drive growth, the focus is in the wrong place.
CEO/HRD: 30 Mins each month
Managers: 1.5 hours per month
